Let’s get to know each other!

For years, I searched for answers. One diagnosis followed another, yet true healing always seemed out of reach. Medications offered only temporary relief, and my body, instead of recovering, kept rebelling. I underwent gynecological surgeries, battled chronic sinus infections, GERD, and endometriosis—conditions that drained my energy and took a toll on my quality of life.

At some point, I realized I was asking the wrong questions. Instead of endlessly seeking external solutions, I paused and asked myself: Why is my body reacting this way in the first place? That shift in perspective changed everything. Rather than fighting my body, I started listening to it. That’s how I discovered functional medicine—an approach that doesn’t just silence symptoms but looks deeper to uncover the root causes. It was like connecting the missing pieces of a puzzle. Hormones, gut health, liver function, emotions, and lifestyle—all intertwined, influencing one another. And when I started addressing the real causes instead of chasing quick fixes, true healing finally began.

Now, I help women going through perimenopause and menopause reconnect with their bodies, regain energy, and restore balance—without restrictive diets, guilt, or counting every calorie. I understand the frustration of feeling like a stranger in your own skin. But I also know there’s a way back.

As a certified nutritional therapist, psychodietitian, and a graduate of psychobiology and psychosomatics, I integrate physiology, emotions, and lifestyle to create lasting health. Teaching at Amicorum Health Academy allows me to share this knowledge, showing that true well-being isn’t about a diet—it’s about a way of living.

For the past 20 years, I’ve been helping women in Ireland find their way to better health. And when I’m not working? You’ll find me hiking in the mountains, experimenting in the kitchen, or deep in a book that shifts my perspective. Sometimes, I even take a plunge into cold water—just to remind myself how powerful the body truly is.

Changing your diet means only changing your diet.
Changing your habits means transforming your entire life. 🌿
— Marta Adamska, Nutritional therapist

How do I help?

  • My own healing journey taught me that at the center of it all is the person—not the illness. That’s why, when working with my clients, I don’t focus on diagnostic labels or isolated symptoms. Instead, I uncover the root causes and build health from the ground up.

  • I combine a functional approach to health, lifestyle medicine, and psychobiology to help women regain balance, energy, and well-being. I support them in understanding how digestion, hormones, metabolism, and emotions all work together. It’s not about another diet—it’s about learning how to nourish and care for yourself in a way that truly supports your body.

  • I continuously expand my knowledge in functional medicine, nutritional therapy, and psychobiology by attending training, conferences, and courses—so I can provide you with science-backed, effective tools for lasting change.

  • I won’t just tell you what to do—I’ll inspire you and guide you in truly reclaiming control over your health.

✅ This approach is for you when:

  • Your body isn’t functioning like it used to – with digestive issues, inflammation, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, and diminishing energy and well-being.

  • You’re tired of constantly wondering "what to eat to avoid harm" and are ready to regain peace and control over your health.

  • Diets no longer work, and your body is reacting differently than it did in your younger years – so you're seeking a nutrition approach that aligns with your current needs.

  • The flood of conflicting information about menopause, hormones, and women's health leaves you feeling lost – and you're looking for support based on functional medicine.

  • Your goal is to improve digestion, energy levels, hormonal balance, and quality of life, instead of focusing solely on weight.

  • You understand that building health is a process, and that true, lasting changes take time, patience, and a commitment to taking responsibility for your well-being.

  • You need not only "what to do" advice, but also education, support, and inspiration to feel truly good in your own body.

⛔ This approach isn’t for you when:

  • Quick fixes or a “magic pill” are what you're looking for, rather than addressing the root cause of your issues.

  • You expect changes to happen on their own, without being actively involved and willing to take action.

  • The focus is solely on weight loss, rather than improving health, hormonal balance, and long-term energy.

  • Making lifestyle changes isn’t something you're ready for, and you're not open to a new approach to health.

If you're ready to make a change and approach your health in a holistic way, I would be happy to guide you through a consultation.

My experience with Marta was excellent. I knew it was time for a change in my life, and I believe Marta was the perfect choice to guide me through it. Marta truly puts her heart into exploring the breadth and depth of your health issues to find the best solution for you. I was a bit skeptical when I received my eating plans and recommendations, but I decided to give it a try. Great results after just one week motivated me to fully confront my habits and adopt a new approach to food. I simply feel great and enjoy eating. I highly recommend Nutrition-4Health.com and Marta; it’s been a pleasure.

Many of you are now crossing your own Sahara. After all, everyone goes through periods of great difficulty, their own hells, dark nights of the soul.
But by facing what life gives us with courage and determination, we grow more confidently towards the stars.
If you choose to continue, no matter what life entrusts to you, nothing will stop you from achieving the greatness you were meant for.
