We go to the root cause - so you can stop guessing and feel clear, calm, and back in control.

A few words about me

If you’re reading this and thinking: “I’ve tried so many things… and my body still doesn’t feel stable.”
I understand that kind of tired. The one that comes from doing your best - and still having to manage symptoms.

I didn’t start in this work as “the expert”.For years I was the person looking for answers - moving from one diagnosis to the next, trying treatments that helped for a while, and then… the symptoms returned. Sometimes it was steroids. Sometimes hormones. My body kept telling the same story.

I’ve been through gynaecological surgeries. I’ve dealt with chronic sinus infections, reflux (GERD), endometriosis - and other issues that quietly take away comfort and energy for everyday life.

At some point, the question changed. Not: “Where else can I go?” But: “Why is my body reacting like this at all?”

That shift led me into functional medicine - a way of looking at the body as a whole, where you stop treating everything as separate problems and start connecting the dots.

And then psychobiology added something many women feel, but rarely hear explained clearly:
your body doesn’t respond only to food and sleep - it also responds to chronic pressure, tension, and overload. When the nervous system has been in “high alert” for too long, the body protects itself in ways that can look like: poor sleep, gut symptoms, hormonal swings, low energy, stubborn inflammation.

Not because you’re weak. Not because you’re doing it wrong. But because your system has been carrying too much for too long.

Today I support women 40+ who feel overstretched and exhausted - and who don’t need another strict plan or another “reset”.
We work without restriction, without forcing, without living in “I have to”.
Slowly. Deeply. Step by step - in a way your body can actually tolerate.

Alongside my clinical work, I teach Nutrition Therapy at Amicorum Academy of Health. And I continue to study - I’m currently a first-year MSc student in Personalised Nutrition (CNELM & Middlesex University London) - because I care about depth, clarity, and staying close to what truly helps in real life.

And privately? I’m usually in the kitchen (I love simple experiments), with a cat somewhere in the background, outdoors whenever I can - and sometimes in cold water, because it’s my cleanest reset.

How I can help

In my work, you’re never reduced to a diagnosis.
You’re a person - with a body, a life, a history, and a nervous system that has been carrying things for a long time.

That’s why I don’t focus on “putting out fires”.
We focus on understanding what’s driving your symptoms - and what can realistically change in your everyday life.

I combine a functional approach, lifestyle medicine and psychobiology so we can see the full picture: digestion, hormones, metabolism, recovery, and the nervous system - and how they affect each other.

In practice, that means we:

  • bring clarity to what’s happening now - what matters most, what’s background noise, and what keeps triggering the same pattern,

  • look for root causes and connections, instead of adding more “tips” on top of a tired system,

  • build a way of eating and a daily rhythm your body can actually handle,

  • learn your body’s signals, so you’re not living in constant uncertainty.

I won’t just tell you what to do.
I’ll show you how to make decisions that hold up in real life - when there’s work, family, stress, and ordinary days.

90-minute consultation — see the details

This approach is for you if:

  • you feel your body is working differently than it used to, and you’re dealing with a mix of symptoms that don’t seem to “fit” - and you want to finally see the full picture,

  • you’re tired of constantly thinking “what can I eat so I don’t make things worse?” and you want more calm around food - and in your head,

  • you’ve noticed that restriction and diets don’t work long-term, and you need an approach that supports your body in this stage of life,

  • you feel overwhelmed by conflicting information about hormones, menopause, and women’s health - and you want steady, trustworthy guidance,

  • you want better digestion, more energy, steadier mood, and deeper recovery - without turning your life into another project you have to “deliver”,

  • you understand that healing is a process and you’re willing to take steps slowly and consistently, without the pressure of perfection.

⛔ This approach may not be for you if:

  • you’re looking for a quick fix “right now” and expect change to happen without your involvement,

  • you only want a ready-made plan, without understanding what’s driving your symptoms and without working on the foundations (recovery, rhythm, the nervous system),

  • your only focus is weight - not long-term health and how you actually feel,

  • you’re not willing to make small lifestyle changes - even when they’re simple and realistic.

If you feel ready to stop bouncing between one “solution” and the next - and you want calm, grounded guidance - you’re warmly invited to book a consultation.

If you're ready to make a change and approach your health in a holistic way, I would be happy to guide you through a consultation.

My experience with Marta was excellent. I knew it was time for a change in my life, and I believe Marta was the perfect choice to guide me through it. Marta truly puts her heart into exploring the breadth and depth of your health issues to find the best solution for you. I was a bit skeptical when I received my eating plans and recommendations, but I decided to give it a try. Great results after just one week motivated me to fully confront my habits and adopt a new approach to food. I simply feel great and enjoy eating. I highly recommend Nutrition-4Health.com and Marta; it’s been a pleasure.
