Nutritional Theraphy Consultation Process in details

    • Please call me ( + 353 87 27 535 24) and book an initial consultation.

    • Before that, we can get to know each other during a non-obligatory discovery call.

    • After arranging the date of the consultation and making the payment, I will send you questionnaires to be completed, thanks to which I will get to know you and your health goals and concerns.

    • If you are struggling with emotional eating, I will ask you to complete an additional questionnaire.

    • Your paperwork should be completed and returned to me at least 3 days in advance of your consultation, in order to give me time to consider your medical history, medication/supplement interactions, current diet and lifestyle can be made in relation to your dietary and needs.

    • Returning the questionnaire assumes acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

  • After receiving the completed documents, we meet online (WhatsApp, Zoom or Skype) and discuss your:

    • health and wellness goals

    • history of diseases and diagnostic results

    • eating habits

    • physical activity, energy levels, sleep hygiene

    • emotional state and stress level

    • possible nutrient deficiencies and imbalances in your body

      During the meeting, I will also answer any questions you may have and give you some recommendations to start the therapeutic process.

    • After the initial consultation, I have all the necessary information to prepare a therapeutic plan for you.

    • The plan will be discussed during the 45 mins follow -up consultation.

    • During the follow-up consultations, we are assessing your symptoms & evaluating therapeutic process

    • you’ll receive further recommendations and we introduce the next stage of therapy ( if necessary)

    • If you seek support with a specific problem or need a Q&A session, please feel free to book a one-off meeting

Extra support

  • Each therapeutic process is an individual healing process. If, after the meetings, your health requires further support and you decide that you want to continue working together, I will offer you additional support packages tailored to your needs.

  • Nutrition therapists should never be taken as a substitute for medical advice, but they often work in partnership with doctors.

  • Making changes to your diet and lifestyle can often be a challenge. It is a process that requires time and support with careful planning and setting small goals. Making changes also requires your commitment and… being kind to yourself. Remember that no one is perfect - so consider occasional slips as a natural process of change.

Cancellation of consultations and delays

  • My goal is to provide the highest quality personalized service at the scheduled time.

  • Clients who do not cancel the meeting within 24 hours before the scheduled visit, or fail to attend the meeting without prior notice, will be charged the full consultation fee. In exceptional and unforeseen circumstances of no-show, the costs will be split in half.

  • Late online or in-person appointments (being more than 10 minutes late) create inconvenience for those who arrive on time. This may result in a shorter consultation as meetings are tightly grouped. This will help show respect for other customers who arrive on time for the agreed time.

  • Payment for unused consultations under purchased plans or unused individual consultations is not refundable.
