Nori (seaweed) dressing

I loved how the nori dressing gives you a ton of sea vegetables (hello, health booster!). Adding this dressing to roasted or grilled vegetables gives them a fresh flavour and a unique taste. Let’s try!

Servings 3-4, preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of  apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil

  • 2 tbs. of filtered water 

  • 1 sheets nori, chopped

  • sea salt to taste 

  • 1 clove of garlic

Preparation:

  • Break nori into small pieces or chop them roughly.

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse to combine. 

  • Give it a good shake and serve over roasted veggies or toss it into greens with cucumber. Store in the fridge.
