After reading lots of positive reviews about Marta’s work I decided to give it a try. My biggest problems were bad eating habits, overeating, tiredness and lack of energy. After first contact I realized that Marta is very committed. I filled in survey she sent to me, we had long conversation and then she sent me 7 days meal plan that didn’t look attractive at all. :-) It was right before my two weeks trip. I sent her message that I am definitely starting when I’m back home. In return I got big NO. Marta set up video call and convinced me to start immediately. Even I wasn’t happy with that at first, I did it. And soooo glad for that. She thought me the power of small steps, incouraged me in implementing one thing at the time and slowly to change the way I was living. Not only with food, but with a lifestyle as well. Not that I didn’t know it before, but it was just guidance and that I needed, with all those tips and tricks to make it easier. And yes, meals that she sent me in 7-days meal plan are so delicious, also they can be slightly changed and customized to your taste. Any how, with food, supplements recommended and new habits, I am feeling much better, finally have energy to do lots of things and in much better mood. Thanks, Marta. In February 2017 I was in a terrible condition - I slept for hours, could not get up from a bed, which reflected my professional life and my whole life.

My name is Alicja, Marta was recommended to me by one of my friends as I was struggling with insulin resistance, which if untreated, can lead to the development of type 2 diabetes.

Before the initial consultation, I was asked to fill out a very detailed questionnaire along with a 3 days food diary. On the consultation, Marta made me aware of what food I should increase in my diet in order to stop craving sugar, have more energy and do not feel tired all the time.

After the first consultation, Marta sent me a list of tasty meal suggestions, some recipes and also a fact sheet that helped me to understand the root cause of my problem. A few weeks after the first consultation, my energy increased, I significantly reduced the intake of sugar in meals, replacing it with protein and healthy fats.

I chose to work with Marta after she commented on me telling her about my experience with different types of food, alcohol mainly :-) and how my body reacts to it.

That I shouldn’t feel the way I feel after eating a certain food or drink a little bit of alcohol. And also why I feel like I want to fall asleep in the middle of the day. The questionnaire she gave me took a quarter of the time I needed to go through the first interview with her - beware and book yourself at least 2 hours in your diary for that! :-) but it was worth it.

Marta helped me realise which type of food I have to stop eating or avoid as much as possible. Which food doesn’t go well together, in my case. She gave me a bunch of new recipes to try which were very easy to make. After 6 months of using my new menu, I enjoy different types of food, including alcohol :-) without blowing up like a balloon and I don’t fall asleep in the middle of the day.
