I look through your intake form, symptoms, blood results, medications and supplements.
I’m not looking for what you “did wrong” - i’m looking for what’s linking it all together.

You’ll leave this part knowing what matters most right now, and what can wait so we don’t add more pressure.

2) Then we connect the dots

I explain what’s going on in your body in plain english — sleep, digestion, hormones, stress, energy.
when the “why” finally makes sense, it often feels lighter. because not knowing is exhausting.

3) Next, we choose small changes that are realistic

We make a few practical tweaks to food and daily routine that fit real life. No calorie counting. no banned-food lists. no “perfect week” needed.

4) You leave with a plan for the next weeks

you’ll know where to start, what to leave for later, which tests are worth doing (and which aren’t), and what you can stop doing.

The goal is more calm, more steady energy and more sense of safety — not another “i just need to try harder.”

Hi, I’m Marta.

I support women 40+ who look like they “have it together” on the outside - but inside are simply tired, and done with carrying it all alone.

If you’ve been bouncing between tests, appointments and “good advice,” while no one is looking at the full picture, I help you create order and connect the dots - so you know where to start, without overwhelm.

I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Psychodietitian (IHS Dublin – Institute of Health Sciences) and a member of NTOI (Nutrition Therapists of Ireland). I teach Nutritional Therapy at Akademia Amicorum and I’m currently studying personalised nutrition at MSc level (CNELM & Middlesex University London).

I don’t work fast. I work deep.
