As a practicing member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland, I combine my professional expertise with a deep passion for helping women regain their health and reconnect with their bodies and minds. As a registered nutritional therapist and a graduate in psychobiology and psychosomatics, I integrate knowledge from various fields to better understand what impacts your health.
