Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie

A quick and easy reducing blood pressure smoothie that can also give you a vibrant start to your day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots, washed (not peeled if using organic)

  • 1 small orange, peeled

  • 2 cm slice of fresh ginger

  • 2 cups of water (mineral or filtered)

  • 1 celery stick

  • 1 tbs of flax seeds

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
