Avocado Banana Mandarine Smoothie

Avocado, banana and mandarine smoothie is a creamy, rich and nutritious beverage containing nutrient-dense food packed with fibre, potassium, minerals and vitamins.

Both avocados and banana are creamy and while combined give a rich thick breakfast or snack option. As we all know, flax seeds are a good source of omega 3-fatty acids and addition of plant-based milk makes it ideal for vegan and vegetarians.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 banana

  • 1 mandarin

  • 1 tsp of flaxseed

  • 6 raspberries (to decorate)

  • 1 cup of plant-based milk (I used coconut milk )

Preparation:

  1. In a blender place all the ingredients and blend until smooth. 

  2. Decorate with raspberries and enjoy!
