Do you feel like your body is slipping out of your hands?
🟣 Fatigue you can’t sleep off
You’re fighting constant tiredness that no amount of sleep seems to fix.
The night doesn’t reset you - you wake up just as drained, and you run on autopilot because the day still needs to get done.
🟣 Hormones, digestion, weight — nothing adds up
Sometimes it feels like your body does the opposite of what it “should.” Your cycle becomes unpredictable, PMS gets worse, your mood can swing more than once a day. Your gut reacts with bloating and discomfort, and food feels like a guessing game.
And you catch yourself thinking: “What is wrong with me?”
🟣 You’ve tried so many times… and your body is still asking for help
Elimination diets. Cutting sugar, gluten, dairy. Supplements “because they helped someone.” One-size-fits-all workout plans.
And when you finally ask for help, you hear: “your results are normal,” “it’s just how you are,” “less stress” - and you’re left alone with it.
Because deep down you know something isn’t right.
And you catch yourself thinking: “Maybe I’m overreacting… maybe it’s just in my head.”
So you push harder. More tests. Another appointment. Another attempt to “get yourself together.”
But your body doesn’t press pause.
When you keep putting yourself last, things usually don’t settle on their own - they get louder.
And it’s not because you’re doing anything wrong.
It’s because your system has been saying, quietly but clearly: “Something has to change.”
This is hard - and it’s not in your head
When your body is tired and your mind won’t switch off, advice doesn’t help - it only adds noise.
What helps is having someone who can connect the dots with you, calmly and clearly.
So you know what matters now, and what can wait.
That’s the point of the 3–6 month process:
steady guidance, step by step - without overload.
I know that when you hear “just eat healthier” again, part of you wants to ask:
“Okay… but what does that actually mean for me?”
A woman’s body - especially after 40 - doesn’t need another generic diet, one supplement, or a “magic trick.”
It needs an approach that sees the whole picture.
Why “healthy eating” alone often isn’t enough
If you’ve been told for years to “just eat healthier” - and you still don’t feel well - it makes sense that you’re tired of it.
In this process, we don’t focus only on food.
And we don’t look at just one “piece” of your health.
We look at your real life:
🟣 your energy across the day
🟣 your hormones and digestion
🟣 how your nervous system handles stress
🟣 your sleep, meals and rest
🟣 what you wake up with - and what you go to bed carrying
We bring it into one clear picture, so you stop guessing what the real issue is.
Only then do we choose the next steps: gentle changes in how you eat, a steadier daily rhythm, sleep support, supplements (if needed), and nervous system regulation - in a way you can actually keep up with.
In short: we stop chasing symptoms. We start supporting the whole system - your body, your life, and your capacity.
Why this process feels different from what you’ve tried before
Because it’s not about being “stronger” or holding yourself in tighter control.
It’s about helping your body step out of alarm mode - so recovery can actually happen.
This isn’t a one-off session and a “perfect plan.”
It’s support over time, with space to adjust as we go - in real life, not someday “when things are calmer.”
What we actually connect in the 3–6 month process
🟣 We look for drivers, not just symptoms
We work through a functional medicine lens - connecting patterns between hormones, digestion, inflammation, blood sugar stability, stress and daily habits.
So you’re not guessing. You start to see why your body is reacting this way - and what’s genuinely worth doing first.
🟣 We connect your body with your story
In psychobiology and psychosomatics, one thing is clear: your body doesn’t live in a vacuum.
We look at how long-term stress, tension and lived experience can show up in sleep, appetite, digestion, hormones and sensitivity - so you stop feeling like “something is wrong with me.”
🟣 We support your brain, mood and focus
This isn’t a trend - it’s practical neuro-nutrition that often makes a real difference with brain fog, low mood and unstable energy.
You learn what truly nourishes your brain and nervous system, so your days don’t feel like constant pushing through.
🟣 You learn to eat in a way that makes your body feel safe
This is nutritional therapy - not a “miracle diet.”
No harsh restrictions. No forbidden lists. We build a way of eating that’s nourishing, realistic, and supports a calmer relationship with food.
The goal is steadiness - and a clear message to your body: “I’m looked after.”
🟣 We calm the nervous system and rebuild a steady daily rhythm
We bring in simple micro-rituals, sleep support, gentle stress regulation and a realistic daily rhythm - so your body gets the message: “I’m safe. I can recover.”
Because without this, even the best plan often doesn’t stick.
You don’t have to choose whether you’re working on “gut health,” “hormones,” or your mental wellbeing - here, it all works together for you.
“You get one clear process that supports your body, emotions and everyday life — with step-by-step guidance.”
Book a free introductory call and see if this feels right for you.
Imagine this change is happening to you…
You wake up in the morning and instead of that familiar heaviness, you feel a quiet wave of energy - the kind you haven’t felt in a long time.
The mood swings that used to run your day start to soften.
Week by week, you feel more steady: your hormones settle, your sleep deepens, and stress doesn’t hit you as hard as it used to.
You start your day with a warm, nourishing breakfast that truly supports you - without guilt, without calorie counting, without that inner voice saying, “you’ve messed it up again.”
You eat in a way that helps your body feel fed and safe - and your body responds with steadier energy and calmer digestion.
You begin to have more space - in your mind and in your life.
After work, you still have enough in you to go for a walk with someone you love, instead of collapsing the moment you get home.
In the evening, you go to bed without that tight, familiar tension. You fall asleep more easily - and wake up more rested.
Your body stops feeling like an enemy you need to “fix,” and becomes something else: a partner whose signals you finally understand.
And when you look in the mirror, you see a woman with a softer gaze - calmer, more present, more alive.
“This process is designed to bring you back to what matters: calm, steady energy, and clear thinking — within the life you actually live.
Not perfect. Just real.”
This programme is for you if…
🟣 You’re tired of living with constant fatigue and hormonal chaos.
You’ve been running on reserves for a long time. Fatigue, mood swings, gut issues, peri-/menopause - they’re starting to form one clear story. You know you need a change, and you don’t want to go through it alone.
🟣 You’ve already tried many approaches - without lasting results.
Diets, medications, different specialists… yet you keep ending up in the same place. You’re looking for an approach that connects the body, hormones, gut, nervous system, and emotions - rather than focusing on just one piece of the puzzle.
🟣 You want to take care of yourself without drastic revolutions.
You’re not looking for another restrictive “diet” or an all-or-nothing plan. You need steps that work in real life - alongside work, home, stress, and difficult days. With more gentleness and less pressure.
🟣 You want to understand your body instead of guessing.
You’re not expecting a miracle pill. You want to know what genuinely supports you and what quietly drains your energy - and you’d rather build change through small, sustainable steps than short-lived efforts.
🟣 You care about long-term change, not just calming symptoms.
You want to get closer to the root causes, regain a sense of agency over your health, and feel that your body is working with you again - instead of pushing it through each day.
This programme is not for you if…
🟣 You’re looking for a quick, magical fix in a week.
If you’re hoping for “one thing” that will solve everything - a pill, a miracle diet, a simple checklist - this process may disappoint you. We work calmly and in stages, because the body needs time to restore balance.
🟣 You don’t currently have space for even small changes.
If you know that right now you can’t introduce even simple shifts (food, sleep, daily rhythm, rest), that’s okay. It’s better to return to this decision when you feel: “I have at least a little space to care for myself.”
🟣 You need strict rules and ‘military discipline’.
If you feel safest in a black-and-white approach - “from tomorrow everything must be perfect” - and you’re looking for a forbidden-foods list, this isn’t my way of working. Here, we build a way of eating and living that fits into a normal week - without punishment, added tension, or guilt around food.
How we work on your health — and how long it takes
Your body needs time to feel safe again.
To calm the nervous system, support hormone balance, and rebuild energy - not by force, but in a way that actually holds in real life.
That’s why this programme lasts 3 to 6 months.
It’s a realistic timeframe for your body to settle, for patterns to stabilise, and for energy to return - step by step, without another “push through”.
We’re not promising overnight miracles.
But the first meaningful changes often appear sooner than you’d expect, for example:
🟣 Steadier energy through the day
🟣 Calmer mornings
🟣 Less brain fog
🟣 Lighter digestion and fewer reactions after meals
🟣 Less background tension in the body
It’s not magic.
It’s biology - when the body finally gets what it needs and the nervous system can step out of alarm mode.
In practice, we divide this time into three stages:
first we stabilise the foundations, then we introduce changes calmly and steadily, and finally we make sure the results stay with you long-term.
Stage 1: the start and your action plan
(week 1)
We turn what we uncovered in your 90-minute consultation into a clear, doable plan for the next weeks.
No extra forms. No dragging it out. Just a calm “what now.”
In this stage we:
set clear goals and simple ways to track progress (sleep, energy, digestion, PMS, mood)
agree the order of steps (sleep → daily rhythm → blood sugar stability → gut → nourishment → stress)
you get your starter guidelines + simple kitchen and shopping support
choose testing priorities (if needed)
discuss supplements (only if they truly make sense)
This is the foundation that makes everything later feel steady - not chaotic.
Stage 2: the real work, with day-to-day guidance (the main part)
This is usually where you start to feel the first real relief in everyday life: calmer mornings, fewer crashes after meals, lighter digestion.
It’s the longest part of the process - anywhere from a few to several weeks, depending on whether we work together for 3, 4, 5 or 6 months (3 months is the minimum).
We meet regularly online, and between sessions you implement small steps that fit real life. Along the way:
we check what’s already supporting you - and what’s still draining you
we keep the plan realistic around work, home and your responsibilities
we add the next pieces in the right order (sleep, energy stability, gut, nourishment, stress regulation)
you learn to read your body’s signals without pressure - and without the feeling of “I’m doing it wrong again”
you have support between sessions, so you’re not left alone with doubts
This is where you usually notice the most “life-changing” shifts: steadier energy, less mental noise, calmer emotions - and the feeling that your body stops fighting you and starts working with you.
Stage 3: keeping the results and knowing what’s next (the final part)
Here we make sure your progress doesn’t end when the programme ends.
You build your own steady base - something you can return to when life speeds up again.
Together we:
calmly review what has changed (energy, sleep, digestion, mood, and your daily life)
pull out what worked best, what stays, and what needs a gentle adjustment
create your simple “what works for me” protocol - a few key habits and rituals that keep you stable
map out a realistic maintenance plan for the next weeks and months
decide what support makes most sense next: going solo, or occasional check-ins to stay on track
The goal is that you finish with real clarity: “I know what to do next - and I have something solid to lean on.”
You’re not starting from zero again. You leave with a plan that’s yours - and that fits your body.
Sounds intense?
Take a breath. This process is designed for women who carry a lot.
There won’t be a list of 100 tasks. There won’t be pressure. There won’t be “from tomorrow we change everything.”
You set the pace. And I make sure you feel guided and safe.
Sometimes there’s a temptation to speed up and do it all at once - and that’s when my role is to gently slow things down, so your body doesn’t fall back into the same overload.
What exactly do you receive in 1:1 support?
🟣 Regular 1:1 online sessions
We meet online 6–18 times for 60 minutes (usually every two weeks, depending on how long we work together).
So you’re not left alone trying to “do it all.” We keep the plan clear, adjust it when life happens, and shape everything around your real week - not an ideal one.
🟣 Support between sessions, so you don’t get stuck
Between calls, you can message me during agreed hours (WhatsApp - text or voice note) if something worries you, you’re unsure about a step, or you’ve had a wobble.
You don’t sit in uncertainty for two weeks. You have someone holding the direction - and bringing you back to simple.
🟣 A personalised way of eating (clarity instead of chaos)
This isn’t a “miracle diet.” You get a clear, realistic way of eating that supports digestion, hormones, steadier energy and mood - and that you can actually maintain.
We take into account your schedule, work hours, preferences, and how stress or emotions affect your eating.
You receive it in a clean PDF you can return to anytime.
🟣 Support beyond food, so your body can actually recover
You’ll get simple steps that make a big difference outside the plate: sleep, evening wind-down rituals, gentle movement, and small habits that calm tension.
All in a clear PDF - so you know what matters now, without another “I should…” list.
🟣 A recipe library for women 40+ (no more “what do I eat today?”)
Cooking and shopping become simpler - no panic-buying “just in case” and no last-minute searching.
You’ll get 50+ simple recipes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. You can build around 15 days of rotating meals - nourishing, easy, realistic for a normal week.
🟣 A clear testing plan + results review (no guessing, no panic)
You’ll know what’s worth checking - and what your results actually mean in the context of your symptoms.
If you don’t have recent tests, I’ll prepare a short, focused list tailored to you. If you already have results, we review them together.
I explain it simply - not only “in range,” but whether your body has the resources to feel better (energy, digestion, hormones, mood).
🟣 A personalised supplement plan (instead of trying everything)
You receive a clear supplement plan based on your story and your results (if available).
We adjust it as we go - so you support what your body truly needs, instead of taking “a bit of everything.”
🟣 A short summary after every session (quiet mind, clear next step)
After each call you receive an email recap: key insights, your next steps, and any plan adjustments.
So nothing gets lost - you always know what we’re focusing on now.
🟣 Mini-guides library (PDFs), matched to your “right now”
You’ll receive short, practical resources chosen for your current stage - so you don’t feel you have to read everything at once.
Topics can include sleep and recovery, daily rhythm, peri/menopause, gut support, emotional eating, brain fog, and simple nervous system regulation - at your pace, with my guidance on what matters most right now.
What do women say who’ve already been through this?
I don’t want you to take my word for it.
See how women — who were in a similar place — describe this process in their own words.
How much does it cost?
The investment for 1:1 support (3–6 months) is usually in the range of €850–€1800, depending on the length of the process and the level of support.
In practice, that means anything from around 6 online sessions for a shorter process (about 3 months) to around 16–18 sessions for deeper support (up to 6 months) — always with:
support between sessions
blood results review
a clear nutrition plan
practical resources to help you follow through
This isn’t a fee for “a few appointments and a fridge plan.”
It’s an investment in months of calm, step-by-step guidance — with space to adjust as life happens.
🟣 Payment in 2–4 instalments is possible.
🟣 The exact price, number of sessions and schedule are confirmed in a written offer and agreement after the 90-minute consultation — once we both know what you need and what you realistically have capacity for.
A calm, no-pressure chat to see what makes sense for you right now.
Why I created this process?
You deserve to be taken seriously - even when your results look “normal.”
Because it’s not just about numbers on paper.
It’s about how you actually feel: waking up tired, brain fog, bloating, tension, mood swings - and that quiet sense that something isn’t adding up.
In this work, your symptoms don’t get minimised.
Your experience matters.
What we do is bring the full picture into order - hormones, digestion, stress, sleep, daily load - and turn it into clear priorities and a plan you can live with.
Not a template “for your diagnosis.”
A process built around you: your body, your nervous system, your story, and your real life - without adding more pressure.
This is the kind of support many women have been missing: calm, steady guidance that helps you move forward step by step, and feel again: “This makes sense. I know what to do next.”
That’s why the 3–6 month process exists - so you don’t have to carry it alone.
These are the questions women ask me most often before they decide
Maybe one of them is yours too.
-
Yes -very often I work with women who have more than one diagnosis (for example: Hashimoto, endometriosis, depression, anxiety) and take medication.
You don’t need a “perfect set” of tests to start. If anything is needed, we’ll decide that calmly along the way and choose what actually makes sense for you.
This process does not replace medical care or psychotherapy - I see them as important support.
We work with nutrition, lifestyle, gut health, hormones and the nervous system. And if I feel you need additional support from a doctor, therapist or another specialist, I’ll tell you clearly. One doesn’t cancel the other - very often the best results come from combining them.
-
If you’ve been dealing with fatigue, hormone imbalance, sleep issues, gut symptoms or mood changes for a while - and short “fixes” like diets or challenges didn’t bring lasting relief - you’re exactly the kind of woman this process was created for.
Before you step into 1:1 support, we always start with a 90-minute consultation. That’s where we calmly check whether this next step makes sense for you right now.
-
I understand this fear. Most women who come to me have tried diets, supplements from the internet, appointments where they were told “everything is normal” — and they’re tired of returning to the same starting point.
What we do here is not a one-off appointment and a list of tasks. It’s a process.
I combine functional medicine, psychobiology, neuro-nutrition and real support between sessions. We look at the whole picture — hormones, gut, nervous system and your real life — and we adjust the plan as we go, based on how your body responds.
I won’t promise a miracle, because health is complex.
But I can promise this: you won’t be left alone with implementation. I’ll keep looking for solutions that fit you, and I’ll tell you honestly what I see.Very often women say afterwards:
“I was afraid it would be the same again… and this was exactly what I needed.” -
Work with hormones, digestion and the nervous system takes time — that’s why a few months is a realistic timeframe, not a “magic” promise.
This process is designed for women who already carry a lot: work, home, family, responsibilities — life.
We meet online roughly every two weeks, and changes are introduced in small steps — so they fit into your life instead of turning it upside down.
And we expect that life will happen. If you go through a tougher period, we slow down, choose the “minimum for now,” and you come back when you have more capacity.
In this programme, you can’t “fail.”
-
No. I don’t work with harsh diets or forbidden lists.
We build a way of eating that supports your hormones, gut and nervous system — but is realistic for normal life. With pleasure, not punishment.
I want you to eat in a nourishing way, but also without fear and without a war with food.
-
Wobbles and harder weeks are normal — they’re part of the process, not something to be ashamed of.
I won’t judge you for not following something perfectly. We look at what was realistic, what overloaded you, and how to simplify the plan so it becomes doable again.
Between sessions you can message me (WhatsApp/email) during agreed hours if you’re worried, unsure, or simply stuck — so you’re not left alone until the next call.
-
Yes.
The 90-minute consultation is the first step — we connect the dots and set your first priorities. You can absolutely stop there if that’s what you choose.
With more complex, long-term issues, a single session often isn’t enough — that’s why the 3–6 month process exists: for women who want ongoing guidance, support between sessions, and the ability to adjust in real time.
Many women start with 3 months as the first stage, and then we decide together whether extending makes sense.
-
During the process, you can message me between sessions on WhatsApp (text or voice note) during agreed hours. Women usually message when:
they notice a reaction to a new step (sleep, gut, mood) and want to know what to do next
they’re not sure how to apply a recommendation in real life
they’ve had a wobble and need a simple “minimum” to return to
they have a quick practical question (tests, dates, files)
I respond Monday to Friday. Full details are included in the agreement.
This support is there so you’re not alone with questions — and bigger topics we always take into the session.
What you can expect: a short, clear reply and a simple next step.
Do you have more questions before you decide — or would you like to check if the 3–6 month process is right for you?
If you’re reading this thinking, “This sounds like me… but I’m not sure I have the space for a full process right now,” you’re not alone.
You don’t have to decide on the spot.
We can talk it through calmly and work out what makes the most sense for you right now.
🟣If you’ve already had the 90-minute consultation
You already have an early picture of what’s going on — and you can feel you need step-by-step guidance, not being left alone with a plan.
Your next step:
we choose the right length of the process (3–6 months) for your situation
we go through how the support works, payment options and the agreement — simply and clearly, so you feel settled
🟣If you haven’t had the 90-minute consultation yet
Let’s start there.
That’s where we connect the dots, organise your health picture, and calmly check whether the 3–6 month process is the right next step — or whether a single consultation and a clear plan is enough for now.
