About me
My name is Marta Adamska and I am the founder of the Nutrition-4Health Clinic, a place where you can find the art of science and nutrition advice, change your eating habits, allow your body to be “healthy and happy on the inside” and achieve long-term lifestyle and nutrition changes.
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach using a Functional Medicine approach to health and lifestyle. Functional Medicine seeks to identify the root cause of your symptoms, using food as medicine, so your body can heal naturally.
I am also a member of NTOI (Nutritional Therapist of Ireland), the professional body for nutrition practitioners.
