Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie
A quick and easy reducing blood pressure smoothie that can also give you a vibrant start to your day.
Ingredients:
2 carrots, washed (not peeled if using organic)
1 small orange, peeled
2 cm slice of fresh ginger
2 cups of water (mineral or filtered)
1 celery stick
1 tbs of flax seeds
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
