Broccoli is rich in antioxidants that fight inflammation by reducing the level of inflammatory markers (called cytokines). These anti-inflammatory properties of broccoli may also help to fight off bacteria and viruses.

2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 cm of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1 tsp of cumin

½ can of full-fat coconut milk
Preparation:
Heat the coconut oil in a medium-sized pot.
Add the onions and cook stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes.
Then, add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the broccoli and vegetable Bouillon and cook gently for about 10 minutes.
Stir in the turmeric and cumin and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, tie the parsley and coriander together.
Add the herb bundles to the pot, coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes.
Then, remove from heat and, using a stick blender, blend the soup. Garnish with coriander and parsley.
