Overnight Banana Almond Butter Oats

Get delicious results with this healthy breakfast you can grab and go.

Overnight oats are easy to prepare when you don’t have enough time to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of gluten-free oats

  • 1/2 cup of water (or plant-based milk)

  • 2 tbs of mixed seeds (chia, flax and pumpkin)

  • 1 tsp of almond butter

  • 1/2 of a small banana

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 3-4 almonds

  • 1 tsp of coconut flakes

 

Preparation:

  • In a small jar, add 1/2 cup of gluten-free oats and 1/2 cup of warm water (or plant-based milk).

  • Stir to combine, cover the jar and place it in the fridge to soak overnight. The oats will absorb the liquid and become tender, ready to serve by morning.

  • Once your oats are soaked and ready to go, stir the oats with a spoon.

  • Then add remaining ingredients of your choice such as seeds, nuts, fruits, nut butter and enjoy.
